"Art From the Edge"-Spirit Dolls

I just love taking bits and pieces of cloth and other "stuff" that I have stashed away in my studio, putting it all together and seeing what manifests from my imagination. I rarely know when I begin a doll exactly how it will turn out. At some point in the creative process they seem to take on a personality of their own and I begin to feel guided by their spirit as to what they want or need to be in the end. The wings on many of my dolls are not "angelic" but rather a representation of the spirit within them. Although not all of the Spirit Dolls have wings. Some just seem to want them and who am I to say "No".

If you are interested in buying a doll and want more information, please contact me by email and give the name of the doll you are referring to. If you are interested in a doll that is sold, I can make one for you that is very similar but because of the uniqueness and one-of-a-kind embellishments, they will always have some variance in appearance. That is what makes each one special.

Please note that some of the measurements on these dolls are approximate but extremely close. If there is a bead on top then I always count that in my measurement. If the dolls do not have a stand there is a loop of some kind attached to the back of the neck for hanging which is barely noticeable.
